I moved to Pinellas in 1984 from East Aurora, NY. A small town near Buffalo. I began my love of jewelry at a young age, often playing with the shiny baubles in my mom’s jewelry box, but my real journey began when I started training as a bench jeweler with a local family jeweler. It’s a career that now spans 35 years. From repairing and designing jewelry to direct diamond and gemstone deals. I’ve been involved in it all. We were blessed with the opportunity to open our own store in St. Petersburg in September of 2000. Three years ago we bought the building we now occupy in Largo, and couldn’t be happier. This truly is home to us.
Karen became a resident of St. Petersburg when she was six years old, when her family moved here from Xenia, OH. She’s as close to a native as you can get. She’s been my partner, and greatest supporter, for 35 years. Though her jewelry background is not as extensive as mine, she’s with me every day at the store. Greeting, caring, and meeting the needs of every client that walks through our door. Her smile will make you feel welcome, and her kindness will let you know that you, your jewelry, and your jewelry needs are in good hands.
